Frequently asked questions
How do credits work?
Each video has a base price in credits that grows with your options: a Listing Film runs from 10 to 27 credits and a Social Reel from 7 to 21, depending on duration, resolution (720p to 4K) and grade (Economy to Premium). Buy credits one-time, or subscribe monthly to get more credits for the same price.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, our payment partner: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Choosing a plan takes you to a secure Stripe page, and your credits land on your account as soon as the payment clears.
Do credits expire?
One-time credits stay valid for 12 months. On a monthly plan, unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription is active.
How many photos do I need to send?
About fifteen photos for each main room. Allow 15 to 20 minutes with a recent phone, following our shot guide.
How fast is delivery?
Within 48 hours of receiving your photos. On the Studio plan, priority delivery brings that down to 24 hours.
What if I want changes?
Every video includes one revision round: tell us what feels off and we adjust the edit, titles and subtitles included.
